Payments
Payment can be made online using the Sagepay/Streamline secure payment gateway or Paypal secure payment gateway, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Delivery
Postage and packing charges are calculated on the total weight of your order. Each product has an individual weight which will determine the cost and whether your order will be sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Courier, the maximum delivery charge to the UK is £6.50. Currently please allow upto 10/14 days for delivery. Personal cheques will require 5 bank working days to clear before goods are dispatched.
Delivery charges to Europe and the Rest of the World are calculated on weight and can take upto 14 days to be received by you.
Returns Policy
Goods will gladly be exchanged or refunded, less postage costs, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were received and are returned by yourselves within 14 days of receipt. If, in respect of any item purchased, there is any part of the packaging missing, for example suit covers or any tags which were attached to the items, we cannot accept their return as the item would not be in a saleable condition and would not be in the same condition as it was when sent out. When returning goods for an exchange or refund please ensure you enclose the Return/Exchange slip, fully completed, along with a cheque to cover postage and packing if the item is to be exchanged. Cheques should be payable to Turners. Refunds can take upto 28 days to process.
Return must be paid for by the customer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
