Payments
Payment can be made online using the Sagepay/Streamline secure payment gateway or Moneybookers secure payment gateway, we accept all major credit and debit cards. Alternatively you may telephone 01484 713073 and make payment by credit or debit card over the telephone.
Delivery
Postage and packing charges are calculated on the total weight of your order. Each product has an individual weight which will determine the cost and whether your order will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier, the maximum delivery charge to the UK is £6.50. Subject to stock levels, we try to dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday), however, as it is now a busy time of year it can take longer. If an occasion is fast approaching, when the order is placed, please let us know by e-mail. Personal cheques will require 5 bank working days to clear before goods are despatched.
Delivery charges to Europe and the Rest of the World are calculated on weight also and can take 5-10 days to be received by you.
Returns Policy
Goods will gladly be exchanged or refunded, less postage costs, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were received and are returned by yourselves within 14 days of receipt. If, in respect of any item purchased, there is any part of the packaging missing, for example suit covers or any tags which were attached to the items, we cannot accept their return as the item would not be in a saleable condition and would not be in the same condition as it was when sent out. Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt and prior to returning any goods, to advise us that you wish to return for an exchange or refund. Refunds can take upto 28 days to process.
Return must be paid for by the customer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
